ABOUT
KW Glee offers a comprehensive vocal performance training program for students ages 9 to 13 (Junior) and 14 to 20 (Senior) culminating in a combined high-quality concert series with microphones, audio, lighting, choreography, harmony, and a professional live band. Students audition to participate in these groups. Students who may not be quite ready to participate in the Junior and Senior groups are placed in the development classes to hone their skills for future.
SENIOR SCHEDULE, Term 25
Term Rehearsal Dates: Saturday, September 9 to Sunday, January 14
Rehearsal times: Saturdays 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. & Mondays from 6:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Rehearsals will take place on Saturdays and Mondays on the following dates:
September 2023
Saturdays: 9, 16, 23, 30
Mondays: 11, 18 (Dance Features), 25
*** Special Event – Please plan to attend our Senior Retreat at YMCA Camp Ki-Wa-Y on Sunday, September 17 from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. The retreat includes dinner.

Mondays: 2, (off 9 for Thanksgiving), 16, 23, 30
November 2023
Saturdays: 4, 11, 18, 25
Mondays: 6, 13, 20, 27

Mondays: (1 off for the holidays), 8 (part of show week, see below)
PERFORMANCES
Show Week (Mandatory)
- Sunday, January 7 from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. TBA if needed.
- Monday, January 8 from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Runthrough at the church.
- Thursday, January 11 from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Dress Rehearsal at the Humanities Theatre
- Friday, January 12 School show at 10:30 a.m. and Public Performance at 7:00 p.m. (called for 9:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. so there is a break from 1:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.)
- Saturday, January 13 Public Performances at 2:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. (called for 12:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. so there is a break between the end of the matinee at 4:30 p.m. and the call time for the evening at 6:00 p.m.)
- Sunday, January 14 Public Performance at 1:00 p.m. (called for 12:00 p.m.)
TUITION
$530 (including term tuition, headshot, and retreat)
- We continue to do the best we can to make Glee affordable for everyone. We will offer payment plans and partial scholarships where possible.
- Costumes will likely need to be purchased. A “look book” is provided, and performers must have costumes that conform to those guidelines. Please have a look at photos on this site, or videos of KW Glee on YouTube to get a sense of costumes.
