Amanda is a local singer who has been teaching and coaching vocals for over a decade. She is dedicated to education and professional growth, as demonstrated by her recent completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Education. Amanda holds both a Bachelor’s Degree in Vocal Performance and an Opera Diploma from Wilfrid Laurier University. Additionally, she has earned a Level 2 certificate for the Contemporary Commercial Music Pedagogy program at Shenandoah University. As a founding member of the vocal faculty at Uptown School of Music, Amanda has successfully guided numerous students through competitions, music exams, and performances. Her expertise spans multiple genres, including pop, musical theatre, and classical music. Amanda is committed to fostering an inclusive environment that encourages leadership, creativity, and self-expression for all students. She is excited to be a part of the junior team for her tenth year with KW Glee.
