About KW Glee

KW Glee is Canada’s Top Pop Choir Organization offering contemporary choral opportunities for singers ages 6 to 8 (Mini), 9 to 13 (Junior), 14 to 21 (Senior) and adults (Pop Therapy). The groups rehearse and perform live in Southern Ontario.

Since it launched in 2010, KW Glee has been committed to teaching, developing, and inspiring artists and creative minds. This Waterloo Region organization is distinctly different from other choirs because the participants sing music right off the pop charts – sometimes with full throttle choreography.

KW Glee has had many incredible performance opportunities over the years including widely revered concerts with the KW Symphony, Waterloo Region Arts Awards, Waterloo Region’s Got Talent, a flash mob for the KOOL FM Poster Boy Campaign, as the headlining act for the City of Kitchener’s New Year’s Eve event, and many more. KW Glee won the Grand Championship at Show Choir Canada for Seniors in 2015 and the top prize for Juniors in 2016.

Original music is a huge part of what makes KW Glee unique. There are over 20 singles written for and/or recorded by the group, some of which are available on iTunes and other major online streaming services. KW Glee has worked with multiple Juno and CCMA nominees Jamie Warren and Giselle Sanderson as well as noted producer Jason Berry, singer-songwriter JP Sunga and Mark Pelli from the hit Canadian group Magic!, Stephen Sparrow from the British group Morning Parade, noted pop producer Brandon Unis and many other incredible songwriters.
